Introduction

The principal ideas of the sessions will be from the transformational pyramid. This pyramid will be changed and adapted to the individuals or demographic attending. Below are just some of the uses of this transformational pyramid.*

All recipients will receive a questionnaire asking what they're looking for and what they would like to experience in the seminar, their work and their life.

By the end of the seminar individuals will have the answers to the questions in the questionnaire.

• A complete overview of the SAGE process with a leadership/strategy/purpose exercise followed by a Q&A period.

• Mind mapping exercises: releasing ineffectual patterns and embracing positive concepts.

Process Overview

• This pyramid structure will be used throughout the class.
• Each session will be based upon one of the levels of the pyramid.
• The first section will be about with what a person has.
• The second section will be about the choices that are made.
• The third section will be about the direction you will take.
• The Forth section will be about the outcome you create.

Session One

• Defines where a person is in their life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually
• Next comes learning about balance and how balance effects a persons life and the life around them.
• Example: exercises to reinforce learning; the justify game allows people to see what they want and why they want it.

Session Two

• Explores the intentions, actions and possible outcome of a persons decision.
• Recognize leadership cause and effect principals.
• Example: the second exercise deals with authenticity and how people percieve you and what you are looking to do in your life.

Session Three

• What do you know about success and how did you come to know it? Does what you know serve you well?
• Looking beyond what you know and becoming more conscious of leading the people around you.
• Example: exercise to reinforce success and gives people the process to create and maintain success in kinds of situations.

Session Four

• We look at the idea of energy; where it comes from and where it goes, along with how other people's energy and the places that we are in affect us and our ability to lead.
• How to manifest the relationships and long-term success you always wanted.
• Exercise: to reinforce personal power and give indviduals the ability to understand their higher purpose in life.

Summary

Overview:
The S.A.G.E seminar is for individuals who feel that there is more to life than what meets the eye. Because situations and challenges are ever changing, people need greater understanding of who they are and what is confronting them. Solutions to these challenges will derive from what is inside the individual. Through a comprehensive system of dynamic cause and effect, the S.A.G.E program provides the ability understand the self and create illuminated responses to that which is going on around them. S.A.G.E. gives people the ability to understand their role in a given situation, the ability to find solutions to challenges, and the ability to accomplish their goals.

S.A.G.E supports individuals in seeing where they are now and in the future. People today constantly drive themselves to do more and as a result, most people are overworked and stressed. Programs:
There are four programs for a person to choose from;

1. Sage Introduction; an overview of your life and the Sage process
2. Sage Lite, 5 sessions for people interested in exploring a specific areas of life i.e. Love, Career, Wealth etc
3. Sage; 10 sessions that look at the purpose of a person’s life and how to create the life you want
4. Sage Masters; 5 sessions that help people create and deal with the energies in and around their life

Sage Intro is specially priced at $100.00. All Sage packages are $350.00 per class with a 10% discount if all classes are bought together

A minimum of 10 persons or comparable cash equivalent are needed per seminar. An eight hour personal or professional seminar costs $495.00 per person. Seminars require standard business class travel and accommodations for facilitator/s. The numbers of facilitators are dependent upon class size.

This correspondence outlines the complete scope of a new intuitive reading program; included are the scope of services, advantages, identification of responsibilities, and estimated revenues.

As economic times have changed, we have all had to rethink the way we do business. It is my belief that it has never been more important to offer our customers a higher level of service, while at the same time watching the bottom line. As people seek to maximize their spending potential we have created a program to increase their enjoyment at your Hotel/Spas while at the same time generating a new revenue stream for your business.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. We offer phone readings and Skype* readings to the clients of your Hotel/Spa and pay you a one third portion of all the revenue generated from readings.

2. Your Hotel/Spa would confirm the readings like any other appointment by collecting the name, phone number and monies of the individuals receiving a reading.

3. Then your employees would be able to call me to book the reading or go online and check the availability of readings 24 hours in advance through my website.

4. There are two lengths of readings offered; a 25 minute reading with a 5 minute follow-up within two weeks, or a 50 minute reading with a 10 minute follow-up within two weeks.

5. A 25 minute service and follow-up will cost $150 and a 50 minute service and follow-up will cost $295.

6. All readings are recorded, phone readings will be sent via e-mail while all Skype readings are videotaped and sent via Skype.

ADVANTAGES

1. There is virtually no cost to you, no training, and no space or product requirements. Just add this program onto your current menu of activities via flyer, e-mail, spa menu or any other form of advertising you feel comfortable with.

2. By offering our program through your system people will be able to book readings and continue to book readings through you even after they go home. Thus allowing you to make money even when they're not on site.

3. Most people, after a reading is done, will come up with one or two questions within a matter of hours or days. With our unique follow-up reading program, people will be able to ask the questions they forgot about at the time of the reading. It also gives clients the opportunity to book a whole new reading if they would like to continue to explore a topic

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our program requires only a minimal amount of involvement by your booking staff and accounting personnel. Ultimately the key to success is highly dependent on the ability of your staff to understand the program and express that understanding to the clients. Therefore to help achieve a smooth and successful implementation, it will be my responsibility to perform the following:

1. It would be my pleasure to instruct your staff on what the program does and how it is beneficial to your company and the clientele receiving the readings.

2. Provide a complementary mini reading to you and your staff members who will be dealing with the program to get a better feel of the readings and how impactful they can be.

3. Upon request and agreement travel to spas for paid client readings and employee instruction.

4. Work with your accounting department on a mutually agreed-upon billing and payment schedule.

BENEFITS AND ESTIMATED REVENUES

The most obvious benefit of our program is that there is virtually no risk or cost to you. While at the same time the more readings that are generated the more revenues your company will enjoy. With 3 times the rate of an average referral payment your companies' income is only limited by the number of readings that are booked.
